Jason
Aleman
D.M.D., M.S.
|
|
Dr.
Jason Aleman received his Dental Degree
from Southern Illinois School of Dental
Medicine where he graduated magna
cum laude. Following dental school he was
selected into the orthodontic program
at Saint Louis University where he earned
a Masters Degree in Orthodontics. During
the course of his training, Dr. Aleman
has been honored with election into OKU,
an honorary dental society.
Dr. Aleman is a member of the American
Dental Association, Illinois State Dental
Society, G.V. Black Dental Society, and
the American Association of Orthodontics.
Jason with his wife Erin (a practicing
general dentist) and their 6 month old
twins, recently made the Springfield
area their home. In his free time, Jason
enjoys spending time with his family,
running and playing golf.

M. M. Sternstein D.D.S.
|
|
Dr.
M. M. Sternstein D.D.S., LTD. (Or “MM” as
he is called in the office) received his
dental degree from the University of Illinois
in 1965 where he and Dr. McDaniel were classmates.
After 2 years of military service in Idaho
and Thailand, he returned to the University
of Illinois to teach operative dentistry.
In 1968, he began his orthodontic training
at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester,
New York. Currently he is an Associate Clinical
Professor with the S.I.U. School of Medicine
and works closely with the Craniofacial
Anomalies team.
As a licensed specialist in orthodontics,
Dr. Sternstein opened his original office
in 1970 in the Town and Country Tower Building.
He is a past president of the G.V. Black
Dental Society, a member of the American
Dental Association and the American Association
of Orthodontists. He has raised (and continues
to raise) 6 children. He enjoys biking,
running, and history.

R. T. McDaniel
D.D.S., M.S.

Dr.
R. T. McDaniel D.D.S., MS, ABO. Dr. McDaniel,
a licensed specialist in orthodontics, came
to Springfield in 1973 to join Dr. Sternstein
in practice at the Town and Country Towers.
He has been active in a variety of community
and professional organizations including
G.V. Black Dental Society, Rotary Sunrise,
Central Baptist Church, Boy Scouts of America,
Lincoln Heritage Soccer League, and Illinois
Symphony Chorus. He and his wife, Hannah,
have been active in various school organizations
and remain supporters of the Springfield
Public School Foundation.
Dr.
McDaniel received his dental degree from
the University of Illinois in 1965 and after
3 years of military service, returned there
to complete his specialty training in 1971.
In the course of his training, he was honored
with election into the OKU (honorary dental
society), was chosen outstanding clinician
of the orthodontic class of 1971, and has
fulfilled requirements for certification
by the American Board of Orthodontics. He
is currently an Associate Clinical Professor
with S.I.U. School of Medicine and works
closely with the Craniofacial Anomalies
team.
